Jackson Rose are recruiting an Account Manager for a growing sponsorship agency in London, to be an instrumental and senior member of the team.

Successful candidates will have: * a degree * 3 years field marketing experience (within proven relevant environment desirable) * excellent organisation and management skills * a ‘can do’ and proactive approach to work * proven ability to deliver to demanding targets * experience of finance and managing budgets * a proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point.

Senior Client Services Manager (2 roles)

Jackson Rose are recruiting 2 Senior Client Services Managers for one of the UK’s (and Europe’s) most established and award-winning field marketing agencies. The successful candidate will lead large numbers of field managers, field personnel for either a significant ‘FMCG’ client or a ‘gaming’ client. You will be expected to effectively manage the agency’s field operation, build the agency’s business by developing the services provided to them and operate within agreed budgets to deliver agreed profit levels.

This role demands candidates who are educated to degree level (or the equivalent) with at least three year’s field marketing experience, managing one or more contracts or a management/selling/training role in a similar sales or service environment. You must have experience of task/project achievement requiring some strategic foresight, be able to present across all medias to a high standard and have a proven track record motivating teams and developing work relationships.

Senior Planner

Jackson Rose are recruiting for a Senior Planner to join leading integrated agency (advertising, PR, SP, DM, Brochures, Branding and Digital) based in the London. The successful Senior Planner will work with the Head of Sales Development, Client Services Director and Business Development Director to identify clients that have potential growth and would benefit from strategic account planning services. The Senior Planner will also be expected to undertake consumer research and analysis to enable the Sales Development and Client Services team to produce highly effective marketing strategies / solutions with the aim of winning new business and growing existing accounts. You will also be expected to be the guardian of the agency brand.

To apply for this role, it is essential you have drive and impact, experience of communications planning and brand planning, understand research (esp. TGI), able to unearth consumer insight, great communicator and presenter, understand digital, commercially aware and fundamental agency experience. We would also expect you to be used to: using research, analysis, insights and conclusions to recommend a dynamic brand communications strategy and to develop a first class creative brief, facilitating brainstorm sessions to arrive at the best possible creative proposition / solution and understanding the strategic role and effectiveness of different communications media and advising both clients and agency teams on how best to use them to achieve strategic objectives.

Based in the Central London ( Covent Garden Area ) and salary depends on experience + generous OTE + Benefits package.
