Business Unit Manager Warrington
Jackson Rose are recruiting an ambitious Business Unit Manager for a call centre based in Warrington, for one of the UK’s leading field marketing agencies, earning a salary of up to £55k, with an excellent package. It’s worth noting the successful candidate will be expected to report to the Client Services Director, who once occupied the role of Business Unit Manager, so it’s important that you can take to the ground running immediately, develop the services provided and operate within agreed budgets to deliver pre-determined profit levels.The role demands someone to bring with them the relevant skills and experience to: * develop networks and contacts * negotiate service and costs * operate in line with departmental standards and procedure * prepare and deliver presentations * propose new products and services * research new markets and competitor information * review client follows up * sell new products and services * endorse and implement company initiatives and ensures the team implements * manage and monitor performance of staff (including regular 1-2-1’s, timely appraisals, setting development plans, staff recruitment – from JDs to KPIs to training) * information share * succession plan * develop business plans * evaluate ROI.

Note: You might be required from time to time to deputise for the client service director at senior business or social occasions, also some travel may be required between Warrington and Thame and, above all, you will be required to have a flexible attitude to working hours including some evenings and weekends.
