Executive Assistant - Luxury Goods Retailer Paddington - London
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to the MD of a high end Luxury goods retailer ( Jewellers ) based in the Paddington area of London.
The executive assitant will have at least 3 years experience working in a Finance or Financial assistant role within or around the Luxury goods sector be numerate and have advanced Excel skills. This is a diverse and interesting role and you'll need to have a versatile and flexible approach to work. You will be numerate, literate in handling excel spreadsheets but with curiosity outside finance
You might be updating the budget documents one minute and the next be assisting the MD in managing specialised lawyers with the audit of their Intellectual Property situation. Any Accounting or Audit qualifications or experience would be helpful for this role but most of all an eye for detail and a desire to get stuck in is essential.
This is a small but growing company based in London but with strong links to France and the US so some travel will be unavoidable.
In return for your skills you will be joining a growing team of professionals who are genuinely passionate about the company and the team they work for, a Salary of up to £ 40K PA + package
