Group Account Director Central London
>Jackson Rose are recruiting a Group Account Director, someone who thrives in a highly energised environment and is keen to push to greater heights, for one of the UK’s most dynamic, exciting and marketing leading agencies.You will need to work with senior clients to deliver compelling marketing campaigns and sales success within telecommunications and multimedia (from fully integrated campaigns to property and retail activation), on a fast-paced, adrenalin fuelled account. Note: An element of European travel is required.
Successful candidates will have: * an entrepreneurial character * an ability to push creativity and exploit an agency’s assets and make its infrastructure work to its advantage * a background in retail, BTL, digital and experiential * an interest in telecoms & multimedia * an understanding of markets beyond the UK * a strong financial understanding to manage profitability of multiple work streams * great organisational skills - there are effectively multiple clients, each with distinct priorities * experience of leading senior level relationships * strong team management and leadership skills in developing a large team (9+ people) * a passion for coaching and developing others * an unrivalled passion for being better than the rest and being prepared to go the extra mile.
