Junior Account Director - Fast Paced Top 10 TTL/Full Service London Agency We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital Junior Account Director for a Fast Paced Top 10 Through The Line (independent) London Agency: § Responsible for the growth and development of client accounts § Builder of insight and strategy to enable client objectives to be fulfilled § Leverage internal resources/skills to maximise opportunities for the agency § Understanding of key clients’ competitors and markets § Ensuring the team capitalise on trends and new developments § Adoption of a strategic approach to all briefs Candidate pre-requisites: § Proven success of developing strong client relationships § Passion for, committed to and experienced in digital marketing § Responsibility for brand website development and maintenance § Overseeing online acquisition and retention activity § Thorough understanding of offline marketing disciplines § Strong people management experience and capability § Show a genuine personal drive to do great work · Ambitious, strong willed, confident and comfortable in multi-stakeholder forums · Good at thinking on your feet · FMCG and/or telcommunications experience preferred · Confident with written and verbal communications · Thrive on constantly evolving client requirements If you're looking for your next career move within a dynamic integrated agency and fulfil some if not all of the above then we need to hear from you.....
