The Role:
We are handling a rare and exciting opportunity for a truly global producer of design-led, Luxury products sold into the own retail and franchisor sector. Their products can be found in 6 continents and they have ambitious expansion plans over the next 5 years.
This is a new position, created to provide added focus and resource to the company’s international expansion plans. The Export Sales Director will create and implement the overall international strategy for the business and will be fully responsible for the international division and its profitability. The International Sales Director will manage a team of Export Sales Managers and will be responsible for their day-to-day development and ensuring that they hit their sales objectives.
The Company:
A profitable, stable and market-leading business, operating in the Luxury sector. Their products are sold via connected distributors across the globe into critically acclaimed retailers in the Premium and HNW arena's. A healthy percentage of the company turnover is derived from international markets and they recognise that the future growth of the business will disproportionately come from export (and subsidiary) sales.
The Package:
The business will provide a competitive basic salary and package dependent upon experience. It is expected that the package will be in the region of £80,000 - £90,000 plus generous benefits and bonus.
The Person:
The business has outlined a few criteria as pre requisites for this role. Candidates without the following cannot be considered:
International experience.
Man management experience
.Strong educational background.
Minimum of 7 years work experience
.Strong sales and marketing experience gained in either a luxury or retail sales environment.
Hands-on experience of developing and bringing plans to market.
Experience of working in brand / market development.
Fluency in English.
