Marketing and Advertising Manager Farnborough
Definition of the Role
Reporting to the Head of Consumer Marketing the person will be required to support in the creation of all offline and online consumers branded communications ATL and BTL. He or She will also lead the adaptation of global consumer creative for local needs in order to support markets to drive brand awareness and profitable sales.

Reports to the Head of Global Consumer Marketing
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Day to day management of media and creative agencies
Reponsable for the delivey of communication assets in all relevant channels online and offline
Repsonsable for aligning with internal teams to make sure the creation/delivery of assets can be leveraged across multiple uses
Responsible for the adaptation and timely delivery of all creative assets to local needs (liasing with markets, post production, translatation and printing agencies)
Support the Head of Consumer Marketing in the execution of local media plans
The Candidate
A training in Services/FMCG/Luxury companies or a Media Buying Agency is a must for this challenging role. A passion for marketing and brands goes without saying – we are looking for someone who can use their skills and energies to bring new ideas and add value to the business.
Job specific requirements:
From 2 to 4 years of experience
Agency management skills
Media planning experience
Previous budget management responsibility
A genuine passion for digital marketing and consumer behaviour online and with mobile
Understanding/passion for luxury
Cross cultural sensitivity
Articulate with good oral, written and presentation skills
Personal qualities:
Be analytical and process driven
Energetic, enthusiastic and able to work in a very fast paced environment
Positive, a self-starter with the ability to set stretching goals
Effective influencing skills and the ability to work with all kinds of people
Disciplined and well organised with an entrepreneurial style
