Training Manager - International - Retail London
Job Purpose
To support the International teams by ensuring consistent delivery of Group and ‘localised’ training to our International business, including our Franchise/JV Partners and Owned Markets. This role includes reviewing, designing and delivering training in line with the International HR proposition which supports the International growth plan and driving our people capability.Accountabilities and Responsibilities Review, further develop and embed a Partner Induction Programme (pre-contract & post contract for key roles).Ensure the smooth introduction of International employees into the business (London/Paris) by ensuring a robust Induction Plan has been created for the line manager.Work with Communications Manager to manage New Store Opening (NSO) team support for new Market openings.Review Group training materials to ensure fit for purpose and amend where appropriate.Create ‘local’ fit for purpose retail training materials.Roll out Group training materials, via direct training or ‘train the trainer’ sessions.Design, organise & deliver International training academy.Deliver coaching & development around PDP and Market specific requirements.Deliver International channel (London/Paris based teams) coaching & support.Research and development of e-learning solutions.Maintain and drive effective communication with the wider International HR team to ensure consistent HR support.Support the International HR Proposition by ensuring consistent HR tools are available to our International MarketsSupport the embedding of HR tools to support the Franchise Operations Manual.Working with the HRBP to assist the business with education and delivery of performance management.

Knowledge and Experience
Minimum of two years experience working within a multi-national client groupTraining design & deliveryOrganised large scale training eventsHas the ability to travel extensively for set periods of time Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Minimum level of education or qualifications
A training or Learning qualification is desirableDegree level or equivalent Measures / Key Performance Indicator’s All new Partners attend a Brand InductionFully trained NSO team is sent to open first store in new marketAll new employees have an induction planReview all current training materialsAll training and materials are rolled out to market in a timely mannerDesign & deliver International Training AcademyDrive management capability through training, coaching & support – measured via talent mapping Manage and review NL International Management Development Program (MDP)Review ‘smarter’ training methods for a global client group – resource, technology, outsourcing
