We are recruiting for an exciting and developing Luxury brand that is looking to expand their team with the addition of a Head of Retail to drive the retail business forward.
This is a unique opportunity to join one of the most prestigious brands in the world of Luxury known for their timeless style and Quintessential heritage, as Retail Operations Manager.
The company is currently present in the UK market with standalone boutiques and shop in shop concept and is looking to further expand their presence Globally.
The Retail Operations manager / Head of Retail will have overall responsibility for all retail activities and personnel including event organization, visual merchandising and Visual presentation standard as well as marketing strategies, and competition research.
The Retail Operations manager / Head of Retail will be responsible for developing and maintaining close relationships with suppliers and attend and provide advice to the company through the Retail Development Satellite Group, Stores Format Satellite Group and on all Retail Development issues and their impact on the company.
The Retail Operations manager / Head of Retail will have thorough understanding of brand concepts, its drivers, goals and objectives. You must have the ability to manage and motivate both individuals and external suppliers with purpose and authority and have excellent analytical and communication skills.
This is a role that requires a background in luxury and retail operations with a strong emphasis on apparel therefore only candidates with these skills will be taken into consideration.
