Marketing Manager Colchester
Marketing Manager - Colchester Based - £ 40K + package - Membership Organisation - 6 Month Role - Maybe longer
We currently have an exciting opportunity in for a Marketing Manager for a Membership organisation client of ours.
This is a ground floor opportunity for a senior role to devise and implement a new Marketing Strategy and to go to market with a whole new set of guidelines.
Specialist Knowledge and Skills
Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
Specialist qualification in marketing essential
Full understanding of the principles of marketing cost-effectiveness, including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions, cost per response, cost per conversion, etc
Appreciates need for consistency within clients branding and marketing mix, especially PR and the internet.
Maintains a high level of functional and professional knowledge and applies it effectively
Excellent communication and people management skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines.
Experience
Not less than four years marketing experience
Working knowledge of full range of current marketing methodologies including segmentation, customer research and competitor analysis
Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives
A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
