Business Development Manager - Marketing Automation UK Wide

Jackson Rose currently has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager to join a large and growing Marketing services / Marketing Automation Software client. This is a new role in a growing marketing fulfilment / Managed Print company for someone with a Solutions Sales Background selling Print Management, Marketing services, Marketing Resource Management products, and / or marketing services. Profile of Business Development Executive The successful applicant will be targeting clients with the full solution sell. This would not suit somebody just used to working within a single service framework as they will be promoting a range of sometimes complex services. He or she will need a sharp mind and the ability to think on their feet and adapt to situations effortlessly. Experience in selling print based marketing solutions and services (such as ATL above the line and BTL below the line campaigns), print management with a strong marketing print Direct Mail ( DM ) and POS bias. Any design and branding experience is desirable, as is a focused outlook, initiative, self-motivation and ability to come up with snappy and creative concepts when the situation requires it. Excellent sales skills would need to be complemented with a strong client development ethos. We have very high expectations for the future so in turn expect to only employ equally high achievers to help realise this goal. Salary: Up to £50,000k for the right candidate, outstanding uncapped commission scheme ( realistic OTE in excess if £ 65K PA ), excellent training and development programme, competitive car allowance, laptop, BlackBerry etc. Location - Nationwide so could be based anywhere in the UK.
