Brand Manager - Retail Dubai
This is a wonderful career opportunity based in Dubai with one of the most successful and rapidly growing retailers in the Middle East. To support its continued growth one of their international footwear brands has an opening as a Brand Manager based in Dubai and supporting stores across the GCC.
Reporting into the retail operations manager you will be responsible for maximising sales and profitability of the brand through the careful selection of each seasonal collection in line with the local markets. Managing the inventory successfully to achieve a full seasonal sell through. The delivery and development of brand standards through existing and new stores across the region. Ensuring that the in-store sales teams and managers achieve the full potential by precise product training and development and assisting with the recruitment of talented and motivated teams.
We are seeking an analytical and figure driven individual ideally with experience of product selection for the Middle Eastern markets. Experience in footwear is also highly desirable. You will have strong VM and training skills and the ability to motivate, lead and inspire a large team. You will have a minimum of five years retail experience and be educated to degree level
The company will offer the successful candidate a net salary of up to £36K (UK equivalent of £51K) plus performance related bonus and a benefits package which includes relocation allowance and annual return flight home.
