Flagship store manager, Luxury ladieswear London
This is a beautiful, elegant and luxury ladieswear brand with a stunning flagship store based in one of the most desirable shopping streets in the UK. Due to ongoing expansion we are assisting our client with the appointment of a high calibre flagship manager to manage and develop this high profile store and its team.
With a strong focus on outstanding customer service the brand has a very loyal customer base who expects an outstanding shopping experience. This is achieved by the team being knowledgeable on the season’s collection and the outstanding presentation of the store. This role will therefore require a manager with a vey rounded skill set and a real passion and flair for their work.
Leading and motivating by example you will inspire your team to maximise al sales opportunities and develop client relationships. You will have strong operational skills be commercially aware and KPI driven.
To apply for this really fantastic role your CV must demonstrate that you have operated as a manager in a high profile, luxury fashion store and have a strong understanding of ladieswear. It is vital that you have the experience of managing a large team and financial turnover. Experience of business development it highly desirable along with additional languages.
