Marketing Director - Hygiene Products Dunstable

Through instilling nothing but the strongest desire to exceed all customer expectations, our client has become a leader in the hygiene products market and is currently looking to recruit a Marketing Director
Reporting to the Managing Director you will create and deliver the marketing development aspects of the business plan. As well as working cross functionally through the business, you will manage two teams, a development team and marketing team. You will be required to develop and implement both the trade marketing plans, sharing the strategic drivers for both. You will also be expected to implement structure and development plans for the marketing and development teams.
You should:
- have significant experience in either a competitive Hygiene products manufacturer or, perhaps a pharmaceutical company.
- have well developed negotiation skills
- have strong leadership and team building abilities.
- be able to demonstrate success in tough environments
- have an enviable record of changing culture in fast-paced settings
- have a strong presence and generate confidence in others
- be more committed and more energetic than most people you know
We're looking for a highly numerate, commercially astute individual with extensive marketing and development experience, and an ability to work at a senior level to deliver a challenging Business Plan. A background in marketing and branded a similar industry is essential.
You will be a senior marketing manager Director with outstanding strategic vision and self-motivation to seek and drive best practice through a multi functional team. You will have to be comfortable in working in an energetic, operationally focused and customer centric organisation. You must be a motivational and inspiring leader who embraces and enjoys managing a variety of tasks, challenges and people.
