We are currently recruiting a store manager for this amazing multi branded fashion boutique based in London. The company are known for their cutting edge collections, personal shopper approach and wonderful shopping ambience. We are therefore seeking an experienced manager who has prior experience of working with luxury multi branded collections within both men’s and womenswear. With full P&L accountability for a sizeable turnover store you be the driving force behind the development of this already thriving business. Responsible for a team of around twenty staff you will coordinate a slick operation within store which will include customer service excellence, brand and product training sessions, exceptional visual presentation of the store, excellent back of house organisation and minimising stock loss. You will play a key part in the selection of each seasons collection which will involve some European travel. We are seeking a dynamic individual who lives and breathes fashion. You will be a leader and motivator to your team and be an ambassador for this highly successful business.
