Store manager – Luxury brand Dubai
Our Client, one of the most successful and fastest growing retailers in the Middle East has an opening for a driven and ambitious Retail Manager to join the team during their current expansion programme. With an excellent portfolio of luxury brands and stores in key shopping destinations throughout the UAE, the company has a wonderful work ethic and actively encourages the development and progression of their employees. This is therefore an excellent opportunity for an ambitious retailer progress their retail skills in a wonderful location.
We are currently seeking candidates who have experience of managing a standalone store, within the luxury market. Fashion and footwear, accessories or cosmetics experience is highly desirable. You will be responsible for the training and development of a sizeable team, all store operations, KPI management, ensuring customer service excellence and the standards of your store are attained as per the company policy.
We are seeking confident and well presented individuals who operate to a very high standard. You will have strong business acumen, be able to work in a fast paced environment and have the confidence to manage your store as if it were you own business. Experience of recruitment ad training is highly desirable along with the experience of new store openings.
